Subscription Details

• Monthly Subscribers: Your subscription will automatically be canceled and will not renew after October 31st. No action is required by you.
• Annual Subscribers: If your annual subscription extends beyond October 31st, you will receive a prorated refund.

Refund Process

• Google Play Subscribers: Your refund will be processed automatically within 3–14 days of the app's discontinuation. No action is required on your part.
• Apple Subscribers: Refunds for App Store purchases are managed directly by Apple. After October 31st, please request your refund by following these steps at reportaproblem.apple.com:
  1. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the subscription
  2. Select Request a refund
  3. Select Service is no longer available as the reason
  4. Locate Essential Chats and click Submit
